- Welded using TIG process and Shot blasted to remove all residualstresses， before surface protection process
- Coating to black finish， gives the Crash Bar adequate corrosionresistance to endure all weather conditions to which the Motorbikewill be subjected
- The Full Assemblage includes Compatible Hardware， Bracketry，Sacrificial Slider Guards made out of Compression Molded Resin togive it the strength and takes the impact in the event of a fall ofthe Motorbike (easier and economical to replace in the event of abig fall of the Motorbike)
