Record: EXCELLENT. This record plays EXCELLENT with some minor surface noise that does not affect the play. This record has been very well preserved. Cover/Labels/Inserts: VERY GOOD++ Cover is in great shape with a little edge/ring wear/discoloration. No tape, no writing, no seam splits, no price stickers. The labels are in pristine condition. All Vinyl is stored in Collector Protector Archival Quality Record Sleeves with the Original Cover and inserts stored in Plastic Sleeves to preserve the integrity of the recording and album cover for years to come. This is a collectors gem! Includes the original custom inner sleeve. Close to You is the second studio album by the American music duo the Carpenters, released on August 19, 1970. In 2003, the album was ranked No. 175 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time, maintaining the rating in a 2012 revised list.
